Munters first became curious about working with us because our focus matched their needs. After some time, we received our first assignment: recruiting a Calculation Software Engineer. The recruitment was highly successful, and soon after, another hiring manager reached out for help with a Senior Development Engineer role. That process was also successful, and was followed by another assignment for an Automatic Control Engineer.
During that autumn, we recruited two Test Engineers, an R&D Manager, a Mathematician and a Technical Writer, and after the new year we continued with a Patent Research Specialist and a CAD Application Engineer.

Bakgrund/histora
EnHunt was founded in 2013, when CEO Maria Rabb decided to leave her previous recruitment firm with the vision of building the best search and headhunting company in Sweden focused on engineering and technical recruitment.
Not a large company, but a very good one — built on quality in headhunting and recruitment of engineers and technical leaders, a high level of service, strong understanding of client needs, technology and the market, and a carefully selected client base where needs and demand create a strong and rewarding collaboration.
The journey exceeded expectations. Almost all previous clients chose to continue working with us, and we are still proud to work with clients who have stayed with us throughout the years. Today, we are a distributed team of technical recruitment consultants across Sweden, and we also recruit engineers in neighbouring countries.
