About the job
We are now looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will provide technical service and occasional support to our Swedish Customers and support with technical presentation and trainings. You will also interface with internal stakeholders for driving the customer claim process and follow up customer service requests within Polarium organization. The position is based at the Polarium HQ in Kista. Business trips will occur, sometimes on short notices, both international and within Sweden.
Manage Customers and Queries related to the after sales process
Ensure SLA are met for all assigned Customer Service Requests
Interface with 2nd line Repair team for all repair jobs
Work with process and routine improvements
Service Request management for appointed customers
Be a key part of Global Technical Support
Excellent technical troubleshooting skills, very good understanding of hardware issues
Track record of working in a product company in a client facing role
Who are you?
You are a team-oriented person who is committed, meticulous and good at taking responsibilities and follow through. You have a structured way of working and working according to processes. You also have an ability to lead several smaller projects and to multitask your job. You have excellent communication skills, and are fluent in English, both spoken and written, if you fluent in French we see it as a plus. We believe you have 5-8 years’ experience from similar positions.
Qualifications and experience:
Experience from working with international customers
A technical higher education, preferable within the telecom, battery, electrical, mechanical, or similar discipline
Solid experience from working in Technical Support within Telecom and/or Electrical Industry, with large accounts
It´s a plus if you have experiences from data management and working whit clients globally at a smaller company
Meritorious if you have knowledge of lithium batteries and the telecom energy and knowledge of JIRA Service Desk and 8D or a similar system
Good understanding of software in a hardware environment
Swedish work permit
