Your Role

Become a key player in our dynamic environment, taking on the responsibility to drive the development and expansion of the CentroMotion Operating System (CMOS). Utilize your expertise to implement CMOS tools across the site, collaborating closely with Site Leaders and Regional Operational Excellence Leaders to execute strategic plans. Assume a leadership role in implementing strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measurement systems, providing technical guidance, and facilitating problem-solving methodologies. Actively evaluate and measure the impact of CMOS on business outcomes, ensuring a continuous improvement mindset prevails. Share best practices, take charge of managing strategic projects, and consistently maintain effective communication with key stakeholders.

Your Profile

For this role, weekly presence at the production facility in Alfta is necessary. We therefore welcome applicants who live within commuting distance or are willing to travel to Alfta on an as needed basis. We also have offices in Uppsala and Västerås. In order to be successful in this role, you demonstrate strong leadership skills. As an individual, you embody respect, commitment, and trustworthiness. You’re a team player who balances responsibilities and welcomes feedback. You are also analytical, a problem solver, and an effective communicator. Your leadership style influences without authority, and you use data to drive your points. Organized and adaptable, you consistently seek ways to improve and promote quality, maintaining confidentiality and staying open to new ideas. You possess the capacity to understand and share the corporate vision.

We also believe you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • High-level expertise with Lean Six Sigma tools.
  • Six Sigma exposure/training; Accredited Black Belt training preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and at least basic knowledge of Swedish.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing and team leadership, with several years of technical expertise (Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality).
